  • All standard orders are shipped using DHL.
  • International shipping prices include customs duties and taxes.
  • All deliveries must be signed upon arrival.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means if you are located in any of the regions below, all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase, so there will be no extra or hidden fees.

⚠️ Please note: Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Any additional charges not covered by STORE ARTI APPAREL must be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery. For shipments to other regions, please reach out to us at support@artiapparel.com.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Our dispatch team operates between Monday – Friday (business hours), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and may vary.

  • In rare cases, your order may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed by our team, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. However, if a mistake has occurred, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. The estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation once your pre-order has been shipped.
